Olio "Chianti Classico" DOP CASTEL RUGGERO
Castel Ruggero’s Chianti Classico DOP Olive Oil is obtained from the pressing of olives belonging exclusively to typical Tuscan varietals such as Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino.
The harvest is done manually between late October and early November, when they reach an optimum level of ripeness and within 24 hours they are taken to the mill for processing.
Product highlights are the bright colour that ranges from deep green to green with golden hues, intense aromas, especially the classics smell of fresh grass and artichoke. On the palate, a pleasant sensation of spicy, which almost always distinguishes our product, accompanies the bitter almonds with an intense and extensive final.
